  • Non-Penetrative Ballasted Roof Mounts: Structural framework designed to leverage the dead load of the growing medium as natural ballast, safeguarding building structures.
  • Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA): Polyfilm-enclosed rooftop greenhouse equipped with automated evaporative cooling and fogging systems for precise temperature and humidity management.
  • Inert Hydroponic System: Organic farming setup utilizing a soil-free, lightweight cocopeat growing medium tailored for rooftop load capacities.
  • Dual Revenue Architecture: Integrated setup capitalizing on net metering solar tariffs alongside direct-to-consumer agricultural sales.
